Isomac Millennium

The Millennium is at the top end of the range of highly regarded single group espresso machines from Isomac. It is a professional espresso machine that is ideal for the coffee enthusiast. Whether you use it at home, in a small office, or to provide coffee for customers, its stunning looks will make it a feature and focal point and it will let you make all those gourmet coffee drinks that people love such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, or even hot chocolate.

In common with most commercial machines it has a large boiler with a heat exchanger and can produce continuous steam. The heat exchanger allows you to both draw espresso shots and use steam at any time and without "preparing" the machine first, as you do with most domestic espresso machines, by switching it into steam mode.

The Millennium has elegant styling with curved side panels and rounded corners. It has a very solid construction with quality heavy-gauge polished stainless steel panelling and metal components throughout. It features a professional E61 group head (the E61 group head was originally developed by Faema) which is made from solid brass with chrome plating. Water circulates through the group head and the heat exchanger (thermosyphon), and the solid metal of the group head acts as a heat sink helping to stabilise the water temperature as you draw your espresso.

It also has a hot water tap that can be used for making tea and other hot drinks.

Isomac Zaffiro

The Zaffiro is one of the best single boiler machines on the market. It is very highly regarded and is praised in reviews.

The single boiler serves two functions - to supply water for making espresso and to produce steam for frothing milk. The machine is easily switched from one mode to the other with a switch on the front panel. The boiler is large for a single boiler machine which helps keep the water temperature stable and allows you to draw several perfect espressos consecutively.

Like all the machines from Isomac it is solidly built. It is constructed from quality heavy-gauge polished stainless steel panelling and has metal components throughout. It features a professional E61 group head (the E61 group head was originally developed by Faema) which is made from solid brass with chrome plating.
